ASRock H81M-HDS Motherboard is Micro ATX Form Factor motherboard.It has 2 expansion PCI-E Slots. (ASRock H81M-HDS Manual Download)

The VTOP PCIEMD01 Fax Modem is with PCI-Express x 1 Standard, So please use the PCIE2 (The shorter one on the motherboard).
